We want you to be satisfied with your enrollment. Please review our refund policy before purchasing.
General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our programs, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to the conditions described below.
Cohort Premium
A refund request for Cohort Premium may be submitted within 7 days of enrollment, provided the student has not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Requests must be sent to the support channel with your enrollment details.
Agency Premium
Agency Premium follows the same 7-day window and 20% content-access condition as Cohort Premium. Requests must be sent to the support channel with your enrollment details.
Upwork Masterclass
Due to the low price point and immediate digital access, Upwork Masterclass purchases are non-refundable. Please review the course overview before purchasing.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via the WhatsApp support channel or the email provided in your enrollment confirmation. Include your registered email address, program name, and the reason for your request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The refund is returned to the original payment method used at enrollment.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for students who have violated the Terms of Service for example, by sharing or redistributing course materials.
