You're doing great work helping many unemployed people—it's truly appreciable. **Course Review:** 1. In my view, 70-80% of Cohort Premium is based on platform overview and how things work on it. 2. You covered the What and How of the Upwork platform. 3. There are only a few videos where you explained and shared your experience and templates for cover letters, which were valuable to me. **How it could be better:** 1. The 70-80% you covered could have been covered by the Upwork Community course. 2. Your main focus should have been on advanced things like portfolio templates, testimonial collection strategies, project catalogue creation examples, and research tricks—the way you described the cover letter template. 3. This way you'd have fewer student questions and wouldn't need to review each student's profile (though that effort is positively appreciable). You could provide resources along with Cohort Premium videos, like documents students can use as notes to improve their profiles. I think this would prevent students from making mistakes even on the first step, like choosing a vibrant profile picture.
